Warriors

"Both images represent strong women of Indian origin, depicted in different ways. Yamini is a warrior through and through, determined to show her power on the battlefield. As a vampire, she has a natural affinity for blood and does not shy away from spilling it for pleasure. My unnamed female pirate (let us call her Yasmeen) loots ships that cross her waters, demonstrating her dominance of the sea. Both women are conquerors, ready to unleash their unnatural wrath on those who would try to take their power from them."

Arpan has always been a creative soul, from drawing cartoons in a sketchbook as a child to doodling in the margins of his notebooks at university, Over the past decade, he has really begun to shape his artistic talents, transitioning between traditional pencil sketches, ink sketches, and digital art. A lifelong science fiction and fantasy nerd, he enjoys creating unique and unusual characters, as well as the occasional fanart - he has also started to incorporate his Indian heritage into his artwork more frequently. Arpan is a writer by profession (not in a creative field, sadly) and loves to craft backstories for all of his creations to breathe life into them.
